Error Workflow to view the details of error (On Commit)

Solution1: 

Select check box next to 'Intialize apps user context if not set'

click Rewind  button

Solution 2:

If above solution doesnt work, then to verify the error details.

click the Update Attributes, change the 

USER_NAME = SYSADMIN

HR Department E-mail ID = SYSADMIN

Retry and check the error details.
